Floating Land

Excited to be selected to participate in the 2021 Floating Land: at the edge of ideas, with Rosie Lloyd-Giblett and Yanni Van Zijl. This annual event is scheduled 9th – 24th October 2021 and sponsored by Noosa Regional Art Gallery and is Australia’s premiere art and environment event.

The work is from my “Of the desert” series which was based on time spent at an artist residency at Curtin Springs Station in the Northern Territory. It depicts a broken windmill returning to the earth from whence it came… The finalist exhibition depicting the works of 40 finalists will be on show from 8th – 28th May 2021 at Brisbane Institute of Art, Metcalf Gallery, 41 Grafton Street, Windsor. John Leslie Art Prize Finalist

‘Red Shore’ has been selected as a finalist in the John Leslie Art Prize 2020, presented by Gippsland Art Gallery. I’m delighted to have my work selected in the shortlist for this prestigious prize. On view from 18th July to 25th October 2020.
